Skills Academy

Our skills academy is designed to help players in the fourth through twelfth grades develop their individual abilities, mindsets, and game knowledge. The curriculum puts an emphasis on the basics and gives players the tools they need to reach their fullest potential.

Too many individuals think that playing basketball games is the only thing you need to do to develop your skills as a player. We at RISE really think it's important for young women to learn new skills, so we work hard to make our workouts better so that we can reach this goal. As a dedicated basketball player, you'll appreciate our sessions because they're challenging, extensive, and suited for all ages. Everyone who attends our sessions leaves knowing they learned something new and enjoyed their time with us.

If you want to achieve your potential, you must put in the time and effort to become the best player you can be. Consider joining us at a skill session.

Only middle school skills will be covered in this spring session. 5th to 8th grades.

All sessions will be at Sanburg Middle School and Hawthorne Elementary School (unless noted) - Elmhurst, Illinois 60126

Players can expect to see the maximum benefit by attending all sessions. Session Cost: All 25 sessions are $400. This is less than $20 per session.
